How to Cancel or Reschedule:

  • Front-end Customer Panel:If the administrator has enabled the Front-end Customer Panel in the Roles Settings, customers can access it by logging in on the website. 
  • Appointment List:Within the panel, customers will find a list of their scheduled appointments. 
  • Cancel Option:Next to each appointment, there’s usually a “Cancel” option (or a button with a pencil icon that opens a menu with a cancel option). 
  • Confirmation:Clicking the “Cancel” button will initiate the cancellation process, and both the customer and the employee (if notifications are enabled) will receive a notification. 
  • Rescheduling:If the administrator has enabled the “Allow customers to reschedule their own appointments” option in the Roles Settings, customers can also reschedule appointments from the same panel.
